The Director will lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence, including Quality of Earnings and working capital assessment, while guiding strategy and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting.
• CPA certification.
• Progressive experience in financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings, and valuation with engagement management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal control objectives, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side due diligence engagements including QOE, QOA, and customized due diligence.
• Manage and lead sell-side due diligence and consulting engagements.
• Identify issues affecting purchase price and communicate them to clients.
• Develop financial models, market multiples, and cash flow analyses for various deal structures.
• Originate and develop new business, lead proposals, and build relationships with PE firms, lenders, and attorneys.
• Present findings to clients, owners, and boards; supervise, review, and train junior staff.
