Job summary

Everise seeks a dedicated Trainer to educate call center personnel on customer service, sales, product knowledge, and Everise policies. The role supports both remote virtual and brick-and-mortar training, ensuring graduates perform at high levels and stay engaged through well-structured curricula and effective delivery.

You will design lesson plans, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with leadership to continuously improve training programs for varying class sizes and client needs.

Qualifications

• One year instructing in an adult learning environment, preferably in contact center or customer service.
• Undergraduate degree in Instructional Design, English or related discipline.
• Virtual online experience in blogging or teaching.
• Ability to build rapport in an online virtual environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels.
• Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire and ongoing training with emphasis on customer service and sales skills.
• Train in remote virtual training environments or brick-and-mortar settings.
• Train and facilitate via remote platforms and traditional environments.
• Maintain high success rates of graduates based on evaluations and job performance.
• Partner with clients in curriculum design and modification; develop materials.
