Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Medicaid Integrity Institute Training Support Specialist to support CMS HFPP training initiatives. You will assist states with program integrity efforts, manage MII portal access, and handle attendee inquiries.

You will work remotely with regular Pacific Time hours, collaborate across the MII team, and aim to keep attendee satisfaction high through patient, professional support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years in customer support or training roles.
• Experience with web portals, LMS, or event platforms and real-time access issues.
• Ability to analyze help desk trends for process improvement.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage training attendees, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Provide responsive help desk support for MII portal access and emails.
• Deliver front-line support to training participants and inquiries.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with participants throughout.
