Job summary

Dine Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Training, Development and Support Technologist to design, implement, and continually improve training programs for ARNG R&R leaders across 54 states and territories. The role covers online and classroom formats, user support, and data-driven analysis to enhance accession-related systems nationwide.

The ideal candidate brings experience in adult learning, ADDIE-based design, and proficiency with ARISS/AIE recruiting tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in training design and development using ADDIE or similar models.
• Experience in adult learning, teaching, presenting or training.
• Strong data analysis and ability to create reports/dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for ARNG R&R force.
• Provide training support and user assistance for ARNG-HRR-S ASB.
• Conduct user testing of new hardware, software, and web apps.
• Produce production and analysis reports with queries and dashboards.
• Create training materials including guides, manuals, and handouts.
• Develop online curriculums and live training sessions.
• Deliver leader training events at Fort Knox and other locations.
