Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Training, Development and Support Technologist to design, develop, implement, and continuously evaluate innovative training programs for ARNG R&R across 54 states and territories. The role partners with ARNG-HRR-S ASB and supports NGB stakeholders, providing nationwide training solutions and strong customer service for accession-related systems.

The ideal candidate has a Tier 1 clearance, 4+ years in military recruiting, and experience with ADDIE,

Qualifications

• Clearance Tier 1 (NACI) required.
• 4 years of experience in a military recruiting environment.
• 3 years of experience in adult learning, teaching, presenting, or training.
• Certified military instructor preferred.
• Graduate of military instructor school preferred.
• Experience in training design and development using ADDIE.
• Experience with ARISS/AIE recruiting systems and applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training for ARNG R&R personnel.
• Create online and classroom training using LMS and live sessions.
• Provide nationwide training support and user assistance for accession systems.
• Develop production and analysis reports (dashboards, charts) for leaders.
