Job summary

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Design & Delivery Consultant IV to deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff in a remote work environment. The role focuses on optimizing application enhancements and supporting end-users during system updates.

You will develop curricula, conduct needs assessments, and work with cross-functional teams to improve training delivery and performance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and evaluation.
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies is preferred.
• Strong skills in program development, relationship building, and quality assurance processes.
