Job summary

Qualifications

2+ years in trading operations environments.
Strong knowledge of FX, CFDs, or crypto markets.
Ability to monitor execution, risk, and trade lifecycle in real time.

Responsibilities

Monitor trading platforms for uptime and execution quality.
Oversee trade flow, execution, and pricing in real time.
Identify and escalate execution issues, slippage, or pricing gaps.
Monitor liquidity feeds and liaise with liquidity providers to resolve issues.
Assist in optimizing routing and aggregation settings.
Monitor client positions, exposure, and overall risk in real time.
Handle trade adjustments, corrections, and dispute investigations.
Ensure accuracy of trade records and reconciliations.
Act as first responder for trading-related incidents and coordinate with tech teams.
