Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a Trading Specialist to monitor live trading across overnight and regular sessions, resolve trade issues, and support the health of Robinhood’s trading infrastructure.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external venues to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution. The role offers exposure to risk management, customer-impacting decisions, and opportunities for growth while being remote and tied to a local office in New York, Lake Mary, Chicago,

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years working in a broker‑dealer operations/trading environment.
• FINRA Series 7 license required.
• FINRA 57 license required.
• Strong understanding of brokerage operation functions.

Responsabilidades

• Execute Written Supervisory Procedures to comply with SEC and FINRA rules.
• Enter orders and trade execute equity and option orders.
• Resolve trade inquiries.
• Monitor trading activity, firm accounts, corporate actions, and identify trade issues.
• Monitor health of routing systems and venues; interact with venues as needed.
• Coordinate response for system, trading, and communications (SEV) issues.
• Engage with Product, Engineering, Compliance on development and problem solving.
