Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- 3-5 years in broker-dealer operations/trading environment
- FINRA Series 7 required
- FINRA 57 license required
- Strong understanding of brokerage operation functions
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to a changing environment
Responsibilities
- Execute Written Supervisory Procedures to comply with SEC and FINRA rules
- Entry and execution of equity and option orders
- Resolve trade inquiries
- Monitor trading activity, accounts, corporate actions, and identify trade issues
- Monitor routing systems and venues, interact with venues as required
- Coordinate responses for system/trading/communications (SEV) issues
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance on product development and problem solving
