and global clearance, prosecution, and enforcement of portfolios with emphasis on Latin America and cross‑border strategy. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in international trademark law, fluency in Spanish, and a proven ability to coordinate with foreign counsel and manage sophisticated global portfolios for clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in U.S. and international trademark law
• Fluency in Spanish required
• Admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience with USPTO prosecution and TTAB
• Experience coordinating with foreign counsel on international filings and enforcement

Compensation

The expected compensation range for this position is

$225,000 – $420,000
