LegalZoom is seeking exceptional Trademark Attorneys to help expand access to effective trademark representation. This role focuses on regular consultations with small business clients by phone, handling high-volume U.S. trademark prosecutions, and providing strategic risk analyses.

You will leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while upholding top-quality legal standards. You will file numerous USPTO trademark applications, respond to Office actions, and assist senior attorneys.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume U.S. trademark prosecution.
• Ability to explain legal concepts to non-attorneys over the phone and online.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining high legal standards.
• Conduct and review trademark searches and provide risk analyses.
• Advise clients on registrability and strength of marks.
• File a high volume of trademark applications with the USPTO.
• Respond to Office actions.
• Assist senior trademark attorneys with caseloads.
• Help small businesses register trademarks and increase access to legal advice.
