Who you are:

• 2-5 years of experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement
• TTAB experience is a plus
• Large brand owner experience is a plus
• Preference given for copyright and advertising experience
• Active license to practice law

What you will do:

• Work on trademark matters of well-known national and international brands including client counseling, clearance, prosecution, and enforcement
