Job summary

CSC Generation is seeking a Business Development Executive, Trade & Hospitality for remote work in the United States or Canada. You will own net-new account acquisition—prospecting, pitching, and closing in the trade and hospitality space with a focus on interior designers, design firms, hotels, and hospitality groups.

You will build a scalable pipeline with AI-driven outreach, aim for larger, repeatable accounts, and manage end-to-end sales processes with autonomy and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in trade/design/hospitality or related high-touch sales.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing net-new accounts.
• Comfort working independently and remotely, with pipeline self-management.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support prospecting and outreach workflows.
• Strong phone and relationship-building skills; primary contact with prospects.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new B2B accounts in trade and hospitality — interior designers, design firms, hotels, and hospitality groups.
• Build and manage a pipeline of larger accounts for repeat purchasing and long-term retention.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective accounts in a high-touch, hands-on role.
• Use AI tools to scale outreach: prospecting, list-building, messaging, follow-up.
• Implement AI-driven workflows to boost productivity and deal velocity; write prompts and iterate.
• Own funnel metrics, pipeline health, CRM discipline, reporting, and forecasting.
