Job summary

Amalie Trade Compliance Consulting is seeking a motivated undergraduate intern to support our trade compliance programs. You will conduct research on U.S. trade statutes and policies, help draft and edit client materials, and assist with outreach and media efforts.

This remote role requires location within the United States and offers flexible 10–20 hours per week with a $20/hour pay rate. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to U.S., UK, EU, and other regimes and sit in on client calls and

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student with at least 4 completed semesters as of start date.
• Proactive attitude and process-improvement mindset.
• Demonstrated interest in international trade, global governance, or political science.
• Excellent and detail-oriented research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Nice to have: experience critically reading regulatory or legal documents.
• Nice to have: social media experience and/or AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on U.S. trade statutes, regulations, policy, and international trade law.
• Complete writing projects, such as blog posts and LinkedIn posts; assist with outreach.
• Proofread and edit content for publication or client use.
• Attend regulatory and policy events and share notes.
• Update or draft document templates and presentations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
