Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or similar technical delivery roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred experience includes cloud, service provider, or large enterprise customers; background in presales or complex solution delivery; familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models; experience working with product, engineering and services organizations.

• Customer pre-sales calls and technical engagement support.
• PDT and CCL tracking and coordination.
• PR/Bug tracking and customer escalations.
• Feature and enhancement tracking.
• Customer certification tracking and readiness coordination.
• Internal cross-functional coordination (Sales Engineering, Engineering, Test, Services).
• Support for reactive and urgent customer or account requests.
• Automation initiatives and process improvement efforts.
• CUC request tracking and coordination.
• RFP and RFQ technical support.
• Participation in and support of NPI processes.
