Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Technical Program Manager – Data Center Infrastructure to lead the development and deployment of modular data center form factors. You will configure product designs to order, and collaborate with engineering and delivery teams from design to manufacturing and commissioning.

You will own end-to-end programs, build schedules, manage budgets, and align with customer expectations while navigating a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant project/program management experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) and standard business productivity software (e.g., Google Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Strong financial acumen, including understanding business planning and profitability metrics (e.g., EBIAT, ROIC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program lifecycle (WBS, schedules, and deliverables) from kickoff through manufacturing to site commissioning.
• Coordinate project interdependencies, manage risks, and ensure programs meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.
• Lead global, cross-functional core teams (engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing).
• Manage program budgets, forecast actuals against plans, and optimize resource allocation across projects.
• Proactively identify and remove bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement initiatives.
