Arbitration Forums, Inc. is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to provide administrative support across payroll, benefits, leave administration, and compensation.

This remote role reports to the Total Rewards Manager and supports timely, compliant service delivery within People Operations. The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in HR or related field, experience handling payroll and benefits, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Experience in People Operations (HR), payroll, benefits, or leave administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to process time-sensitive transactions accurately.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day and biweekly payroll updates.
• Manage benefit enrollments, changes, and vendor coordination.
• Administer FMLA and other leave processes; track documentation.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records; prepare standard and ad hoc reports.
