Job summary

Opus Regulatory, Inc. seeks a hands-on Manager, Total Rewards and HR Operations to own benefits, payroll, leave administration, and related HR operations.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will have primary responsibility for benefits, payroll, leave administration and related HR operations, while partnering with HR leadership to develop a broader Total Rewards strategy. Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, benefits, and payroll administration.
• Hands-on experience administering or managing a self-insured health plan or group captive medical program.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other major payroll platforms.
• Experience designing, running, and analyzing employee engagement or benefits surveys.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA) and multi-state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a cohesive Total Rewards strategy aligned with Opus’s goals and growth.
• Oversee day-to-day benefits programs, open enrollment, and vendor relationships.
• Own end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state employees and consultants (ADP Workforce Now).
• Support compensation practices, job architecture, and pay equity analyses.
• Lead employee communications and engagement programs while tracking metrics.
