Job summary

Abbott is seeking a TMVR Imaging Analysis Manager to lead the imaging analysis efforts for patient screening and study enrollment. You will own the end-to-end image analysis process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior staff to optimize trial performance.

The role supports the Structural Heart division and offers both remote and St. Paul, MN-based work options. You will operate in a regulated, fast-paced environment, contributing to patient selection and trial success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 8+ years of clinical/medical industry experience in structural heart, cardiology, or related field.
• Experience with CT and echocardiography imaging analysis.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead imaging analysis for TMVR clinical studies end-to-end from image acquisition to patient suitability.
• Develop patient-specific analyses to enable TMVR trial enrollment.
• Mentor and train the imaging team to improve productivity and study performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA requirements and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with clinical sites and internal teams to share best practices.
