Job summary

VDYNE in Minneapolis, Minnesota, seeks a Manager to oversee imaging-based patient screening for structural heart trials. You will direct screening, case approvals, and imaging-driven workflows across programs to support clinical execution.

Reporting to the VP of Clinical Affairs, you will collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and Quality, coordinating with site managers and PIs to optimize patient selection and enrollment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, imaging, or related field.
• Approximately 8 years of related experience in medical devices or structural heart.
• Solid working knowledge of GCP and imaging review requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CTMS, EDC, or eTMF systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead imaging-based patient screening and ensure protocol-aligned selection.
• Lead imaging and procedure development activities for programs.
• Oversee screening workflows with site managers, PIs, and screeners.
• Develop screening plans, metrics, and communicate risks to teams.
• Partner with R&D and imaging vendors to support imaging workflows.
• Monitor screening performance and drive enrollment quality.
