Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Director Field Clinical & Patient Screening Programs for field-based leadership of TMVR clinical studies. You will oversee staffing, training, and budget development, while ensuring compliant trial conduct and positive patient outcomes.

You will lead patient screening and selection using medical imaging analyses and other materials to support TMVR enrollments, and present updates to Sr. Leadership and investigators, collaborating with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience.
• Significant experience supporting complex structural heart clinical programs, including TMVR technologies, studies, and procedures.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and scale field clinical teams in investigational medical device programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Field Clinical function for TMVR clinical studies, including program development, staffing, training, budgeting and accountability.
• Leads patient screening and selection function for TMVR studies using analysis of medical imaging data and other materials to support trial enrollments.
• Develops and reviews clinical research protocols, reports and statistical analysis plans.
