Job summary

D2B is seeking a TMP Designer to prepare accurate Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) in line with New Zealand standards. This is a full‑time, remote role aligned to NZ business hours, with work from home flexibility.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years’ NZ traffic management drafting experience using AutoCAD or Civil 3D, and possess strong attention to detail. Remote work from the Philippines is supported, with opportunities for growth and a stable team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in NZ traffic management planning.
• Strong drafting skills with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of NZ traffic management principles and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) in line with New Zealand standards.
• Ensure all plans comply with NZTA/Waka Kotahi and local council requirements.
• Support safe and efficient traffic management solutions for projects of varying scale.
• Review project requirements and produce clear, detailed TMP drawings.
• Collaborate with Team Leader/Senior Planner to address queries and follow instructions.
• Maintain organized records of plans and revisions.
