You will lead a team of agents, manage project documents, and coordinate with clients to design plans that meet interests, while traveling to sites as needed. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in land/title management and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated experience in land/title management.
• Deep understanding of title requirements and regulatory navigation.
• Proven track record in negotiating complex landowner agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of title projects.
• Direct and mentor a team of agents ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Generate reports and project documents, manage hiring actions.
• Full lifecycle staff management from interviewing to project closure.
• Collaborate with clients to design project plans that meet interests.
• Maintain strong client and staff relationships across multiple projects.
• Conduct title research and document review.
