We are seeking a seasoned, strategic Title Manager who recognizes that securing land rights requires a balance of relationship building, meticulous research, regulatory navigation, and aggressive project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of title projects.
• Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of agents ensuring high-quality deliverables and ethical negotiation practices.
• Document Management: Generate reports, project documents, hiring actions, and the like.
• Staffing: Full lifecycle staff management from interviewing to project closure.
• New Business Acquisition: Work with existing and potential clients to design project plans that meet their interests.
• People Management: You will be working on multiple projects with a wide variety of people. Take ownership of maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff.
• Research & Review: Title research and document review.

Required Skills

• Personable: We are in the people business. You need to be great at working with others. Solid staff management experience required.
• Project management experience: Demonstrated project management experience in land management required.
• Tested: Demonstrate to us that you can handle what is being asked. Have you held this position before and can provide great references? Typically, a few years in a similar role is a good way to demonstrate this.
• Organized: Not only do you need to keep your work organized, but you also need to help facilitate work between different parties on the project.
• Field Work: Our project manager may be required to get into the field to help on a project or mentor agents. Travel to site locations is expected.
• Acquisition Experience: Proven experience in land acquisition.

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of dedicated experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of title requirements.
• Negotiation Mastery: Proven track record of resolving complex title issues and navigating contentious landowner negotiations.
• Education: A degree in Land Management, Business, or a related field is a plus; however, equivalent real-world experience and a proven track record of success in the industry are highly valued.
