Job summary

Client Staffing Solutions is seeking a Title Insurance Technology Sales Representative to drive adoption of innovative title history and property tax data solutions across AZ, CO and NV.

The role targets candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in residential real estate or title insurance, a proven ability to surpass sales targets, and strong relationship-building with a consultative sales approach. Travel of at least one week per month is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years in residential real estate or title insurance.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in title insurance.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling approach.
• Experience in business development or client acquisition is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; organized and strategic.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales quotas and revenue objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships.
• Collaborate with team to enhance brand visibility.
• Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
• Participate in industry events to strengthen market presence.
• Interact daily with Operations, Marketing and Escrow branches.
• Communicate proactively with clients and respond promptly.
• Create target lists and execute call plans for real estate professionals, lenders and attorneys.
