Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience administering and supporting networking technologies.
• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• Experience designing network topologies, including switches and routers.
• Understanding of NAT/PAT and VPN firewall functions; experience with EIGRP/OSPF/BGP.
• Networking certification or willingness to obtain CCNA or NSE.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer support requests via incident tickets, phone, and email.
