Job summary

Magna5 is seeking a Tier 2 Systems Engineer in the Philadelphia area to handle escalation calls and tickets from Tier 1, troubleshoot servers, networks, and cloud systems, and own issues through resolution.

You will work under the End User Support Manager, responding to alerts, collaborating with team members, and ensuring high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for certification training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; significant experience may substitute.
• Microsoft, Cisco, and VMware certifications required.
• Minimum 12 months experience in LAN/WAN, Office365, Azure, and NOC operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 2 escalations from Tier 1 via calls, emails, and portals.
• Troubleshoot servers, network devices, and PCs beyond the desktop.
• Document resolutions and update procedures as needed.
• Assist Tier 1 with alerts and tickets from monitoring systems.
• Provide quality customer service in all communications.
