Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-level executives is advantageous.
• Familiar with email, phone, and video communication etiquette.

Responsabilités

• Support clients with tech and logistical needs via email, chat, phone.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues for users.
• Escalate complex problems to internal teams.
• Provide immediate assistance during live online events.
