Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) to lead regional engagement with Thought Leaders in academic and clinical medicine, supporting the launch of Resmetirom for MASH.

The TLL will drive brand and disease-state insights and manage a commercial speaker bureau, reporting to the Director of Thought Leader Liaisons. The role requires 10+ years in pharma or biotech, strong leadership, and the ability to travel 50-75% across territory geography while ensuring

Responsibilities

• Thought Leader Engagement: lead regional customer engagement and build long-term relationships with Thought Leaders.
• Congress planning and execution: develop national and regional congress plans with partners.
• Speaker and program management: coordinate regional speakers and trainings; ensure compliance.
• Cross-functional collaboration: align across Marketing, Market Access, Sales, HQ functions to execute regional plans.
