Job summary

You will engage clinicians, support guideline implementation, and provide strategic insights to improve patient management while aligning with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Advanced healthcare or life science degree required.
• Clinical familiarity with MASH diagnostic tools and risk stratification.
• Strong grasp of U.S. healthcare system operations, billing, and payer dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual platforms; familiarity with Medical Affairs systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unbiased, guideline-based education on MASH to healthcare professionals.
• Present guidelines and real-world data on diagnosis, risk, and management.
• Maintain understanding of non-invasive testing and treatment paradigms.
• Engage clinicians and staff to support implementation of MASH care pathways.
• Respond to inquiries in a scientifically accurate and compliant manner.
• Partner with internal Medical Affairs and Commercial teams for field insights.
• Represent Madrigal at national/regional meetings and support booth activities.
• Capture insights to inform corporate strategies and educational content.
• Monitor trends and barriers to care to aid internal planning.
• Adhere to all policies, including FDA guidelines for non-promotional medical engagements.
