Job summary

Madrigal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison to advance education, advocacy and patient care in MASH. You will engage Thought Leaders, support disease-state strategies and drive regional programs for Resmetirom launches, collaborating with Marketing, Medical Affairs and HQ functions.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, leadership, travel (50–75%), and ethical engagement with clinicians to inform brand strategy and market insights.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or life sciences.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or hospital environments.
• 2+ years previous experience in a TLL role or similar field marketing role.
• 2+ years’ experience working with Thought Leaders in MASH-related specialties (Hepatology, GI, Endocrinology) preferred.
• Exceptional leadership skills with ability to build relationships, navigate cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the commercial Customer Engagement lead for assigned Thought Leaders at the regional level to advance brand and disease state strategies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive congress plans in collaboration with marketing and cross-functional partners.
• Manage regional programming, speaker coordination, and training in collaboration with regionally aligned teams.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure commercial activities align with Thought Leader needs and company resources.
• Identify and recruit HCP advisors in support of business needs in collaboration with TLL Directors.
