Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharma/biotech customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years in thought leader engagement; medical affairs, marketing or clinical exposure.
• 3+ years in Ophthalmology.
• Experience in developing and executing KOL strategies.

Responsibilities

• Strategically identify and engage regional KOLs to support brand initiatives.
• Coordinate KOL activities at conferences and with advisory boards.
• Collaborate with medical, marketing and sales teams to align KOL plans.
