In this remote role, you will work closely with patients, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing therapy support. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and the ability to convey complex technical solutions empathetically. Compensation includes a base pay of $55,000 to $75,000 per year, plus bonuses and stock options.

Qualifications
