Qualifications

• Requires Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and NY pharmacist license.

• Solid computer skills: Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel/PowerPoint; data management.

Responsibilities

• Review medication orders for safety and appropriateness.
• Counsel patients and address questions about medications.
