Job summary

Aunt Martha’s Health and Wellness is seeking a Remote Therapist (LCSW or LCPC) to support youth and families from a fully remote setting. This role serves Illinois residents near Park Forest and requires collaboration with integrated care teams.

The position offers a full-time schedule, a salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits program, including tuition/CEU support and career development.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work and/or Counseling, or Clinical Psychology.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and/or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• Experience with delivering remote therapy sessions.
• Bi-lingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote individual counseling via approved telehealth software.
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed records.
• Promote behavioral health services in the community.
• Support interns and collaborate with care teams.
