Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote telehealth role based in Illinois. The ideal candidate will conduct intake assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy to diverse clients, while maintaining thorough documentation and treatment planning.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM–5:00 PM) with a salary between $115,000 and $120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active Illinois LCSW license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, or diverse client populations.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Identify client needs, treatment goals, and appropriate interventions.
• Develop clear, goal-based treatment plans.
• Document sessions, assessments, and progress notes promptly.
