Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc is seeking a licensed Therapist to join the Interpersonal Violence Reduction Program (IVRP) remotely. You will deliver individual and group teletherapy, perform biopsychosocial assessments, and coordinate care across settings to support high-need members with trauma and behavioral health needs.

You will lead risk stratification, administer validated assessments, and work within an integrated care team to ensure timely, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• Current Nevada DOH independent behavioral health license or eligible licenses (LCSW, CPC, LMFT).
• Two+ years of direct experience with adults in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group teletherapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Lead clinical risk stratification and adjust treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with Integrated Care Team and Care Extender.
• Conduct crisis management, risk assessments, and safety planning.
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation in EMR (DAP format).
• Engage members with multi-platform outreach to sustain engagement.
