Job summary

Backpack Healthcare, LLC is hiring a Kentucky-licensed mental health therapist to provide telehealth services for children, adolescents, and young adults. This part-time, remote role offers flexible scheduling with weekday evenings and weekend potential.

You will conduct 15–22 sessions weekly, develop trauma-informed treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care across Kentucky.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky license required (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families or passion to serve this population.
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and deliver telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week.
• Deliver individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults across Kentucky.
• Develop trauma-informed treatment plans and conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Document in secure EHR and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
• Support families through education and coordinated care.
