The Associate Therapist will provide comprehensive mental health services to clients using a blend of traditional and innovative therapeutic techniques. This role supports evolving client needs with virtual counseling options and a therapeutic environment for a diverse clientele.

You will employ modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, stay current with research, maintain confidentiality, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and pursue ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid state license to practice as a therapist (e.g., LSW, LPC).
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities.
• Proficiency in providing remote therapy sessions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ethical framework and respect for client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating traditional and alternative approaches.
• Provide remote counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
• Utilize CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based methods.
• Maintain client confidentiality and document progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Work with clients aged 6 and older, in-person and via telehealth.
