Job summary

The Mindful Lemon, Inc. is seeking associate therapists to join our growing practice on a full-time basis.

You will provide weekly tele-health therapy to a diverse client base, with a guaranteed full caseload and comprehensive clinical support from our care navigation and administrative teams. Applicants must hold California licensure eligibility (APCC/AMFT/ACSW) and have at least 2000 hours of experience, be available for a 40-hour work week, and maintain a HIPAA-compliant home telehealth

Qualifications

• Must be Registered Behavioral Health Practitioner in the State of California (APCC, AMFT, ACSW, Registered Psychological Assistant)
• Must have accrued a minimum of 2000 experience hours
• Must adhere to all industry legal and ethical standards
• Must have secure, HIPAA compliant space to provide telehealth sessions
• Must be available for 40 hour work-week

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing, weekly virtual therapy sessions to a variety of clients
• Conduct a minimum of 25 billable sessions per week
• Complete all required documentation (assessment, treatment plan, progress notes)
• Collaborate with provider support, care navigation, and administrative teams
