Job summary

Daybreak Health is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide individual teletherapy to adults 18–60. You’ll set your own schedule and work remotely, while we handle the logistics to keep your caseload steady.

As a 1099 contractor, you must be licensed in California (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LP). You’ll be paid per session ($75–$95) with protections for no-shows, onboarding support, malpractice coverage, and free CE credits.

Qualifications

• Active California license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT or LP required.
• Experience providing individual therapy to adults.
• Comfort with telehealth delivery.
• Commitment to culturally responsive, equitable care.
• Associate and provisionally licensed clinicians aren’t eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy by video to adults 18-60.
• Build steady, trusting relationships with clients.
• Work fully remote from anywhere in the U.S., with CA license.
• Set your own hours, Monday–Sunday, 8am–8pm PT; weekends optional.
• See a minimum of 5 sessions per week; no cap.
