Qualifications

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy by video to adults 18-60.
• Must hold an active California license (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LP).
• Experience delivering telehealth and commitment to equitable care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy by video to adults 18-60.
• Build steady, trusting relationships with clients.
• Work fully remote from anywhere in the U.S., licensed in California.
• See a minimum of 5 sessions per week with no cap.
• Match clients to availability and handle initial session bookings.
• Maintain a high caseload fill rate.
