Daybreak Health is hiring licensed mental health clinicians to deliver teletherapy to students in California as 1099 independent contractors. The role offers a tiered per-session pay of $75–$95, with benefits including paid onboarding, bilingual session differentials, continuing education credits, malpractice insurance, and biweekly pay.

Know that the position is fully remote from anywhere in the U.S. with a flexible schedule, typically Mon–Fri 3–8 PM or similar, and a focus on youth aged 11–24.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in California
• Experience working with teens 11–24 in clinical or school settings
• Comfortable with telehealth and teletherapy delivery

Responsibilities

• Foster strong, supportive relationships with youth in a safe therapeutic environment
• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to youth 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
• Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers
