Job summary

Daybreak Health is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to deliver teletherapy to adults across California. This 1099 contract role offers a tiered pay structure per session, with ongoing onboarding stipend and malpractice insurance included.

Work fully remotely from anywhere in the United States, with flexible scheduling and payer referrals from Kaiser Permanente and other plans. Clinicians must be fully licensed in California and able to treat adults 18–60.

Qualifications

• Active California licensure in LCSW, LPCC, LMFT or LP.
• Experience with teletherapy and diverse youth/adult clients.
• Commitment to culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

• Foster supportive therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to adults 18-60 (adolescents in some cases as described).
• Offer psychoeducation to families and caregivers.
