Escapesbysandra is seeking an organized Theme Park Vacation Experience Coordinator to help families plan magical getaways. This remote role focuses on Disney destinations, theme park vacations, family getaways, cruises, and resort stays, guiding clients from the first inquiry to final trip details.

Responsibilities include researching options, coordinating travel details, and delivering friendly, professional service while maintaining accurate client records and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Research and organize vacation options including theme park resorts, tickets, accommodations, transportation, cruises, dining, excursions, and add-ons.
• Provide support for Disney vacations, Universal-style getaways, beach vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive resorts.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional, service-focused manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, travel details, confirmations, preferences, deadlines, and documentation.
• Help clients understand options, timelines, payments, requirements, and trip details.
• Monitor multiple client requests with accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
• Provide ongoing support to create a smooth planning experience.
