Qualifications

• Experience communicating with U.S.-based clients and leads.

• Proficient with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with U.S.-based clients and team members.
• Follow up with clients via SMS regarding scheduling queries.
• Maintain and organize internal spreadsheets, trackers, and project docs.
• Ensure consistent and professional communication with all clients.
