Cura Talent Ltd. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover Texas in a remote, field-based role.

You will build and grow a healthcare provider network across Texas, engaging physicians, clinics, medical spas, longevity practices and other healthcare providers to drive new business and revenue. You will develop a strong pipeline through independent prospecting, meetings, and relationship building, with an emphasis on understanding provider needs and offering network-wide products and

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or related fields.
• Experience selling to physicians, clinics, or medical practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business across Texas, targeting physicians, wellness clinics, medical spas, longevity practices and other healthcare providers.
• Build relationships with physicians, practice owners and key decision makers.
• Prospect independently, arrange meetings and develop a strong pipeline of new accounts.
• Understand provider needs and introduce relevant products and solutions from the network.
• Build long term relationships and grow revenue from existing accounts.
• Develop and manage your own territory and book of business.
• Attend provider meetings, networking events and relevant industry conferences.
• Work closely with internal teams to support account growth and business development.
