Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP in Texas is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Texas Litigation team. This remote, full-time exempt role reports to the Managing Attorney and may require court-related travel.

As an Associate Attorney you will represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related proceedings, manage case workflows, draft motions and pleadings, attend hearings (in person or virtually), and collaborate with a skilled support staff to deliver client-focused,

Qualifications

• Licensed in Texas (required).
• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience focusing on litigation.
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
• Preferred: multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
