Job summary

A growing law firm in Austin is seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage litigation and pre-litigation cases with the flexibility to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor, be admitted to practice law in Texas, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, managing cases, and developing legal strategies. This role requires a commitment to in-person hearings in Texas as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong interest in real estate or mortgage law for entry-level candidates.
• Must maintain all necessary licensing and MCLE requirements.
• Knowledge of foreclosure, real estate, secured transactions and creditor’s rights preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
• Candidate must live in Texas or one of the firm’s other footprint states; willing to attend in-person hearings in Texas as needed.

Job Requirements
