Qualifications
- 4–8 years of litigation experience.
- Admitted to practice in Texas; secondary admission to Illinois or Missouri bar preferred.
- Experience with motion practice and depositions.
Responsibilities
- Lead asbestos and complex litigation cases, managing all aspects of discovery and trial preparation.
- Conduct depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and experts.
- Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and pretrial motions.
